Service Training Lead
The Service Training Lead will lead the development and delivery of high-impact training programs focused on enhancing the knowledge, skills, and practical abilities of Corvus service staff, customers, and partners. This role is pivotal in transforming training into a strategic service offering that drives revenue, boosts customer satisfaction, and strengthens product adoption.

Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Design
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with Corvus’ product roadmap and customer needs.
- Design modular, scalable training programs for internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Create certification paths and learning journeys that reinforce product expertise.
Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Ensure training delivery is engaging, effective, and tailored to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with product and service teams to stay current on updates and innovations.
Revenue & Service Offering
- Support package training as a premium service offering to generate revenue.
- Work with sales and marketing to promote training programs to customers and partners.
- Monitor ROI and customer satisfaction metrics tied to training initiatives.
Content Development
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
- Leverage feedback and analytics to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal departments to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners on product enablement.

- Experience/Ability to use LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Commercial mindset with ability to turn/support training into a revenue-generating service.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian & English language
Education
- Higher technical education is preferred.
- Practical service experience required.
